What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 10 kg per product. You can mix and match across different teas to reach volume tiers for better pricing. No large upfront commitment required to get started.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — we offer free sample packs (50–100 g per grade) to qualified buyers. Mention 'sample request' in your message. Sample shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
What documentation do you provide?
Per shipment: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and Certificate of Origin. Organic certificates available for qualifying lots.
What are your payment terms?
Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. For established partners: Net-30 available. We also accept L/C (LC at sight) for larger orders.
Do you offer white-label / private label?
Yes. We offer custom packaging, labeling, and blending for Partner tier buyers (MOQ 2,000 kg+). Logo, artwork, and pack size are all configurable.
How long does shipping take?
Production and packaging: 10–15 business days. Sea freight (FCL/LCL) to Europe: ~25–30 days. North America: ~20–25 days. Air freight available for urgent orders.
